Kiaora is Christchurch's own ride-sharing platform — built for Aotearoa, driven by fairness, and moving New Zealand forward. The platform was designed to challenge overseas ride-sharing giants by offering a local, community-first alternative that is safer, more affordable, and environmentally conscious. Operating across Christchurch with expansion plans nationwide, Kiaora connects passengers with fully vetted local drivers across three service tiers: KIAORA GO, PREMIUM, and XL — all powered by 100% EV and hybrid vehicles.

Launching a local ride-sharing brand in a market dominated by large international platforms required building strong community trust, a compelling value proposition, and a reliable technical foundation — all simultaneously and from the ground up.

Solution: We positioned Kiaora around its local identity and fairness-first pricing model, backed by a technically robust platform built on Bootstrap 4, jQuery, and Amazon Web Services for scalable cloud infrastructure.
